It consists of 93 single-family homes, which border the 13th and 14th holes of the Boca Country Club championship golf course. The community has a shared swimming pool, dedicated landscapers, and 24/7 security. Residents of Balboa Point enjoy quiet, tree-lined streets, which provide a safe and friendly environment with a resort feel.

All homeowners are members of the Balboa Point homeowners association, which elects a five-person Board of Directors. The board is responsible for the management of Balboa Point and its relationship with the other eleven associations located in the Boca Golf & Tennis Country Club. Membership in the Boca Golf & Tennis Country Club is optional and is not required for residency.
